Dispatch Timelines

We carefully prepare each order. Here’s when you can expect your items to be dispatched:

  • Standard Jewelry & Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Custom-Made & Bespoke Orders: These special pieces require a little more time and care. They are typically dispatched within 15–20 working days.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the delivery time will depend on your location.

  • Estimated Delivery: You'll see estimated delivery times displayed clearly on the product pages and again at checkout. These estimates are based on your specific pincode and the items you've chosen.

Shipping Charges

We like to keep things simple and transparent!

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping across India for all prepaid orders!
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal ₹75 COD Charge is applicable for Cash on Delivery orders.
    • Please note: COD is generally not available for high-value or fine jewelry items due to their nature.

International Shipping

For our global customers, we're delighted to offer international shipping on select products!

  • Delivery Time: International deliveries may take up to 18–20 working days, depending on the destination country and any customs clearance procedures.
  • Shipping Charges: International shipping charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your location and order.

Order Tracking

Stay in the loop every step of the way!

  • Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link directly to your phone via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. This link will allow you to monitor your package's journey.

  • Unserviceable Addresses: In the rare event that your delivery address becomes unserviceable by our courier partners, our dedicated team will contact you promptly to discuss alternative solutions or arrange a full refund.
